Who just need a little help (or a lot of help!) getting back to the activities they love after an injury or set-back.
Who want to safely increase their mileage while reducing the aches and pains, as well as lower their risk for injury.
Who want to continue pushing their limits, but are being held back by an injury or pain.. Your rehab facility should train and push you like an athlete so you can get back to your sport.
Who don’t want their pain and stiffness to interfere with their training goals and are tired of being told to “just stop lifting” or working out.
Who need to keep their bodies performing at their best, without painkillers or visits to their primary care doctor. We typically see patients once a week saving you time and money.
Who know playing with their children is a lot easier and more enjoyable if they’re in less pain.
Our priority during this stage is to alleviate your symptoms. Through the use of dry needling, cupping, and other manual therapies our clinicians will help get you out of pain and educate you on how to create the best environment to promote healing while continuing to train.
The area of your pain is often NOT the cause of your symptoms. Once the pain is down it’s time to get to the bottom of the issue. Our clinicians are movement experts! We will provide you with movement based exercises, allowing you to have a clear understanding of the root cause of your limitations.
During this stage our goal is to build stronger, more resilient humans through appropriate strength training! During this stage we work towards getting you back to your respective sport or activity pain free and performing better than before. You will also leave with knowledge to prevent it in the future!
To ensure that you receive the highest level of care possible, each treatment you will spend one hour of high quality, individualized, 1 on 1 care from your designated doctor of physical therapy. You will never be treated by a rehab aid or assistant.
When we say we’re 100% committed to your entire rehab process, we mean it. During your rehab process and in between visits you will have direct access to your physical therapists if you have questions.
We treat the body as a whole. Through our extensive training and experience, we are aware that the location of your pain may not reflect the actual cause of your discomfort. Not only that, but we want to identify and target any weak areas to help bullet proof the rest of the body and decrease the likelihood of sustaining injuries in the future.
Many physical therapy clinics will send out a bill months after your rehabilitation is complete. With Faith in Motion you will never be surprised by a bill you were not anticipating.
We walk the walk! As physical therapists, certified strength and conditioning specialists, ones who exercise and participate in a large variety of activities/sports ourselves we understand what it takes. While many physicians and physical therapists will simply tell you to stop your desired activity we understand that avoiding the things that you enjoy most because of an injury is no way to live. Because of our background, many times we are able to find ways and make modifications to allow you to continue to participate in your desired activity without having to take time off while we help you rehabilitate from your injury.
